Her clinical practice includes diagnosis, and treatment of clients with fluency disorders of all ages.  Her more than 40 years of experience working in stuttering clinics of academic and nonacademic settings and a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and their families, combined with her integrating neural sciences and psychological constructs into her therapeutic models provide a high probability of a successful intervention outcome.

As the Chair of the Committee of International Representatives of the ICA, Dr. Reichel encourages an exchange of ideas regarding assessment and treatment of clients with cluttering and combined cases of cluttering and stuttering among fluency specialists around the world.
